Floem is the international brand of Superseva Global Services in India. Our parent company was founded in 2000, with our US and UK entities being established in 2024. Superseva and Floem are family businesses, run by Kumud and Ajay Sharma.

Originally starting off as a concierge service, we have now built expansive capabilities in diverse service areas. However, the spirit of concierge remains at the heart of our business: whatever your needs may be, we are eager to find a way to support you.
Our name is inspired by phloem in the plant world, which support plants structurally, and aid their growth by circulating nutrients. Similarly, we aim to be an integrated structure for our clients; keeping the work flowing smoothly and allowing you to reinforce the strengths of your business.

We have invested in setting up a major office and talent pipeline in Muzaffarpur, our founder’s hometown, making us the first IT-related business in the city. Our Bihar office boasts a 60%+ female workforce, providing career opportunities for local women. We are proud to participate in a new surge of development for this historically underserved region.

We regularly participate in funding and executing social impact projects through Rotary, recently being involved in projects to improve pediatric heart surgery, build rural sanitation facilities, and distribute essential home goods to underserved communities.

Kumud Sharma

Executive Director
Kumud comes with a deep understanding of people and process management. Under her leadership, Superseva has grown many fold to become one of the largest personal and corporate assistance program management companies. Kumud holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from BIT Sindri as well as an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore.

Sangita Vinaik

CEO
Sangita has had a 32-year-long career with Delphi Automotive Systems and IBM, holding important leadership positions and managing large, cross-functional, multinational teams. She is an industry leader with specialised knowledge about procurement practices and the business services industry.

Ajay Shankar Sharma

Managing Director
Ajay has set up and exited many businesses successfully since 1996 after completing a Computer Science and Engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology in Trichy. He is a visionary, future-facing leader who brings cutting-edge insights on macroeconomic and socio-political trends.
